The Electric Revenues will be revised in the Adopted Electric Department Fiscal <br />Year 2013-2014 Budget to reflect the reduction in revenues to the following accounts: Revenue <br />Account 520-6806-000 Sales to City Departments. <br />SECTION 3. The City hereby adopts, by way of this Resolution, the attached Rates to be <br />charged to various existing and new customers, and the new Rates to be charged to municipal <br />water pumping accounts for the services and facilities furnished by the electric energy enterprise <br />within the Utility, as set forth in Exhibit 'B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />The new Rates shall take effect on February 1, 2014. <br />SECTION 4. This Resolution shall repeal Resolution No. R-39-13 and any other resolutions or <br />portions thereof to the extent that such resolutions or portions thereof are in conflict with this <br />Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. The Mayor shall sign this Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest thereto, and <br />this Resolution shall take effect and be in force on the date of its adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21 st day of January, 2014. <br />SARAJ,r S.
