R-18-14 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />AMEND THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014 TO APPROPRIATE <br />THE WASTEWATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ACCOUNT FOR AGUA <br />MANSA SEWER FORCE MAIN PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton desires to improve the sewer <br />infrastructure within the City jurisdiction; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to install sewer force main line along Agua Mansa Road <br />to allow for the existing demands and projected wastewater production to be met, <br />WHEREAS, a budget appropriation for approved activities, not listed in the 2013-2014 <br />Fiscal Budget is required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve the <br />following: <br />SECTION 1. The Recitals proceeding in this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council authorizes necessary adjustments to the Fiscal Year <br />2013-2014 budget as follows: <br />• Decrease the wastewater cash reserve fund account 522-1000-000 in the <br />amount of $120,000. <br />• Increase the wastewater CIP expenditure fund account 522-8200-8206-3980- <br />0000-000 in the amount of $120,000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 2014. <br />SA S.
