In addition, the City Council determined that the noise levels from early <br />morning idling of trucks, vehicles and mechanical equipment would disrupt the <br />adjacent single family residential neighborhood. <br />SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5.
