R-27-14 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />APPROVING EXPENDITURE ALLOCATIONS FOR THE STATE <br />DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION CONTRACT CCTR-3330 FOR THE <br />PROVISION OF SCHOOL AGE CHILDCARE SERVICES IN THE EARLY <br />CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DIVISION OF THE COMMUNITY SERVICES <br />DEPARTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-14 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the State of California Department of <br />Education School Age Program Contract CCTR-3330 for Fiscal Year 2013-14, and; <br />WHEREAS, this contract provides $177,322 of funding to enable the City of Colton to <br />provide school age childcare services to low-income Colton families, and; <br />WHEREAS, the budget for Fiscal Year 2013-14 has been approved by City Council, <br />and must now be amended to include additional expenditure allocations to properly account <br />for all grant funding. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: The staff report accompanying this resolution is found to be true, adopted as <br />findings, and incorporated into this resolution. <br />Section 2: The budget for Fiscal Year 2013-14 is hereby amended as follows: <br />Increase expenditure account 206-7200-7202-1010-0000-000 by $71,292 <br />Increase expenditure account 206-7200-7202-1040-0000-000 by $37,163 <br />Increase expenditure account 206-7200-7202-1100-0000-000 by $11,142 <br />Increase expenditure account 206-7200-7202-1101-0000-000 by $24,174 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6`" day of May, 2014. <br />—SARAN S.
