R-32-14 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF SIX ELECTRO- <br />CARDIO GRAM MONITORS FROM ZOLL MEDICAL <br />CORPORATION <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, I <br />2013 and ending June 30, 2014 was approved and adopted by Resolution No. R-53-13 on June <br />18, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the I <br />City and applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The re -allocation of appropriations between department activities may be <br />made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by approval' <br />and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Authorize the City of Colton to piggyback through FireRescue Group <br />Purchasing Organization on the National Purchasing Partners bid award for the purchase of six <br />Zoll Medical Corporation Electro -Cardio Gram 12 -Lead monitors with ancillary equipment for <br />$227,341.38. <br />SECTION 2. Make an amendment to the 2013-2014 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the <br />appropriations in the Fire Department Account Number 100-6090-6091-4930 in the amount of <br />$218,664. <br />
