R-45-14 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2013 <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2014 IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,000.00 <br />WHEREAS, the annual budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year 2013-14 was <br />approved and adopted by Resolution No. R-53-13 on June 18, 2013; and, <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and applicable statutes of the State; and, <br />WHEREAS, the re -allocation of appropriations between department activities may be <br />made by the City Manager. Amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Colton does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: <br />SECTION 1. It is necessary to amend the Fiscal Year 2013-14 budget, increasing the <br />appropriations in the amount of $20,000.00 in Revenue Account No. 225-5889-001, and <br />increasing appropriations in the amount of $20,000.00 in Expenditure Account No. 225- <br />6300-6303-2350-000-000. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3`d day of June, 2014. <br />ATTEST: <br />SABDISANCHEZ <br />Chief Deputy City Clerk <br />1 <br />
