R-68-14 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE BASIC FEE FOR STORM WATER SERVICES <br />AND THE STORM WATER MANAGEMENT USER FEE FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />2014/2015 AS PROVIDED FOR IN CHAPTER 14.01 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL <br />CODE. <br />WHEREAS, Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code authorizes the City <br />Council to establish a Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and a Storm Water Management <br />User Fee in accordance with the formula established in that Section 14.01.050; and <br />WHEREAS, after consideration of factors necessary to establish a Basic Fee for Storm <br />Water Services and the Storm Water Management User Fee at a duly noticed public hearing, <br />the City Council has established the Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and the Storm Water <br />Management User Fee by Resolution R-89-96; and <br />WHEREAS, the basic fee and formula of the established Storm Water Management Fee <br />remain unchanged and San Bernardino County land use codes now apply. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 The Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and the Storm Water Management User <br />Fee authorized pursuant to Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code shall be based <br />upon land use and parcel size as they relate to the generation of Storm Water runoff as set <br />forth in the table attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit "A". <br />SECTION 2 These fees shall be billed through the San Bernardino County tax assessors <br />system. <br />
