R-70-14 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />APPROVING THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION CONTRACT <br />CCTR-4199 FOR THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL AGE CHILDCARE <br />SERVICES IN THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DIVISION OF THE <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 <br />WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Education has awarded the State <br />School Age Program Contract CCTR-4199 for Fiscal Year 2014-15, and; <br />WHEREAS, this contract will provide $177,322 of funding to enable the City of <br />Colton to provide school age childcare services to low-income Colton families. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: The staff report accompanying this resolution is found to be true, adopted as <br />findings, and incorporated into this resolution. <br />Section 2: City Council approves the State of California Contract CCTR-4199, for the <br />provision of school age childcare services through the Community Services Department. <br />Section 3: The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the applicable documents on behalf <br />of the City to execute this agreement. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15`h day of July, 2014. <br />RA i S.
