Alley Way <br />BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of La Cadena Drive (formally Eight Street), 80 <br />feet wide, said point being on the centerline of a 20 foot wide alley in said Block 65; thence <br />South 80°18'18" East along the centerline of said alley 150.12 feet to the westerly line of that <br />certain 20 foot wide alley vacated by Parcel Map No. 13039, recorded in Book 147, pages 45 <br />and 46 of Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said county and the POINT <br />OF TERMINATION. <br />The sidelines of the described strip of land (alley) shall be prolonged or shorted so as to <br />terminate in the westerly line of said vacated alley. <br />Containing 3,002 square feet more or less. <br />[attached map] <br />I_b: <br />
