R-16-13 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,898 FROM THE <br />CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY <br />GRANT AWARD AND AMEND THE 2012/2013 FISCAL BUDGET. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2012 and ending June 30, 2013 was approved and adopted; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City of Colton and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, On January 8, 2013, the California Governor's Office of Homeland Security <br />Grant was awarded to the Colton Police Department in the amount of $13,898; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve the <br />following: <br />Section 1. The City Council herby directs acceptance of The California Governor's <br />Office of Homeland Security Grant, awarded to the Colton Police Department in the <br />amount of $13,898 to Expenditure Account No. 225-6070-7003-1180 and Revenue <br />Account No. 225-5890-005. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this 2nd date of April, 2013. <br />! <br />v (fes <br />Sall <br />S.
