<br />Section 1. Recitals. The Recitals set forth above are true and correct and
<br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference.
<br />Section 2. CE A. The adoption of this Resolution does not commit the City of
<br />Colton to any action that may have a significant effect on the environment. As a result, such
<br />action does not constitute a project subject to the requirements of the California Environmental
<br />Quality Act. The City Council directs City of Colton staff to file a Notice of Exemption within
<br />five (5) days following adoption of this Resolution with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of
<br />the County of San Bernardino.
<br />Section 3. Eligible Census Tracts. Eligible census tracts wholly or partly within the
<br />boundaries of the multi jurisdictional SBVEZ and designated as TEAS are:

<br />Eligible census tracts that lie wholly or partly within the City of Colton include:

<br />Section 4. Certification. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
<br />Resolution.
<br />Section 5. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
<br />its adoption.
