R-29-13 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2012/2013 BUDGET TO INCREASE <br />THE WASTEWATER BUDGET BY $930,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July <br />1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2013 was approved on June 19, 2012; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the <br />budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving <br />City infrastructure of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 7, 2013, the City Council of the City of Colton approved <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Agua Mansa sewer main Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project by <br />drawing from reserves. <br />// <br />// <br />// <br />
