The City hereby adopts, by way of this Resolution, the attached <br />new Rates to be charged to various existing and new customers for the services and facilities <br />furnished by the electric energy enterprise within the Utility, as set forth in Exhibit 'B" attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The new Rates shall take effect on July 1, 2013. <br />SECTION 4. This Resolution shall repeal Resolution No. R-32-11 and any other <br />resolutions or portions thereof to the extent that such resolutions or portions thereof are in conflict <br />with this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. The Mayor shall sign this Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest <br />thereto, and this Resolution shall take effect and be in force on the date of its adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 2013. <br />SARAH S.
