R-63-13 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2013/2014 BUDGET TO TRANSFER THE UTILITY COSTS TO SALARIES, BENEFITS AND EQUIPMENT BY $65,082 AND ADD ONE FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER I AND ONE PART-TIME MAINTENANCE WORKER TO PARKS DIVISION. WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2014 was approved on June 18, 2013; and WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental activities may be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving City infrastructure and the aesthetics of the City; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The fiscal year 2013-14 budget is hereby amended to: 1) Decrease LLMD 1 expenditure account no. $45,072 2) Decrease LLMD 2 expenditure account no. $20,010 3) Increase LLMD 1 expenditure account no. $37,147 4) Increase LLMD 1 expenditure account no. $2,136 5) Increase LLMD 1 expenditure account no. $5,789 702-6150-6210-2320 in the amount of 701-6150-6220-2320 in the amount of 702-6150-6210-1010 in the amount of 702-6150-6210-1100 in the amount of 702-6150-6210-1101 in the amount of
