R-84-13 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />APPROVING THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION CONTRACT <br />CCTR-3330 FOR THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL AGE CHILDCARE <br />SERVICES IN THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DIVISION OF THE <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-14 AND <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-14 TO REFLECT THE <br />CORRECT GRANT AMOUNT <br />WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Education has awarded the State <br />School Age Program Contract CCTR-3330 for Fiscal Year 2013-14, and; <br />WHEREAS, this contract will provide $177,322 of funding to enable the City of <br />Colton to provide school age childcare services to low-income Colton families, and; <br />WHEREAS, the budget for Fiscal Year 2013-14 has been approved by City Council, <br />and must now be amended to reflect the proper grant amount. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: The staff report accompanying this resolution is found to be true, adopted as <br />findings, and incorporated into this resolution. <br />Section 2: City Council approves the State of California Contract CCTR-3330, for the <br />provision of preschool childcare services through the Community Services Department. <br />Section 3: The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the applicable documents on behalf <br />of the City to execute this agreement. <br />Section 4: The budget for Fiscal Year 2013-14 is hereby amended as follows: <br />Revenue account 206-5777-000 is increased from $0 to $177,322 <br />Revenue account 206-5777-001 is increased from $0 to $6,500 <br />Expenditure accounts are increased as follows: <br />206-7200-7202-1010-008 is increased from 0 to $71,292 <br />206-7200-7202-1040-008 is increased from 0 to $37,163 <br />206-7200-7202-1100-008 is increased from 0 to $11,142 <br />206-7200-7202-1101-008 is increased from 0 to $24,174 <br />206-7200-7202-1160-008 is increased from 0 to $3,500 <br />.206-7200-7202-2241-008 is increased from 0 to $250 <br />206-7200-7202-2250-008 is increased from 0 to $2,500 <br />206-7200-7202-2270-008 is increased from 0 to $500 <br />206-7200-7202-2280-008 is increased from 0 to $1,000 <br />
