The City Council directs City of Colton staff to file a Notice of Exemption within <br />five (5) days following adoption of this Resolution with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of <br />the County of San Bernardino. <br />Section 3. Authorized Personnel. The City Manager, the City Finance Director, <br />Finance Manager and Economic Development Manager are hereby appointed to represent the <br />City with authority to examine those sales, use and transactions tax records of the Board, for <br />purposes related to the following governmental functions of the City: <br />(a) City management/administration; <br />(b) Economic Development; <br />(c) Revenue management and budgeting; <br />(c) Business license tax administration; <br />(d) Contractors of special revenue projects. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5`h day of November, 2013. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />L. <br />Mayor <br />
