As soon as reasonably practicable following his/her informing the City Council <br />the Colton Electric Utility Director shall develop and present a plan to bring the City into <br />compliance. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 2013. <br />SA H S.
