Section 1 The recitals preceding this Resolution are true and correct and are <br />incorporated into this Resolution by reference. <br />Section 2 The City Council authorizes an appropriation of $50,000 to City <br />Manager's account 100-620-620-2350-000-000 as an adjustment to the Fiscal Year <br />2013 — 2014 budget as follows: <br />o Increase expense account 100-620-2350-000-000 in the amount of <br />$50,000. <br />o Decrease General Fund Reserve account 100-2540-002 in the amount of <br />$50,000. <br />Section 3 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. This <br />Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3d day of December, 2013. <br />
