The City Council and the Colton Housing Authority authorizes an <br />adjustment to the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 budget as follows and the transfer of the Rancho <br />Med Operational Funds, as this is a program of the Authority: <br />Establish revenue account 898-7830-000 <br />Establish expense account 898-9000-9800-2350 <br />Increase revenue account 898-7830-000 by $250,000 <br />Increase expense account 898-9000-9800-2350 by $52,500 <br />Increase expense account 898-9000-9800-3890 by $150,000 <br />Increase expense account 898-9000-9800-2250 by $5,000 <br />Increase expense account 898-9000-9800-2270 by $25,000 <br />Increase expense account 898-9000-9800-2356 by $17,500 <br />For payoff of the RAD 00-1 bonds: <br />Increase expense account 855-9000-9800-2500 by $95,000 <br />SECTION 6. If any provision of this Joint Resolution or the application of any such <br />provision to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other <br />provisions or applications of this Joint Resolution that can be given effect without the invalid <br />provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this Joint Resolution are severable. <br />The City Council and the Colton Housing Authority declares that the City Council and the <br />Colton Housing Authority would have adopted this Joint Resolution irrespective of the <br />invalidity of any particular portion of this Joint Resolution. <br />25 <br />26 <br />// <br />27 <br />// <br />28 <br />// <br />[31 <br />
