Authorizes the City Manager and/or his designee to spend the designated funds to <br />purchase safety equipment and for staffing costs not covered in the grant. <br />Section 3. Designates Timothy M. McHargue, Fire Chief, as the City's authorized <br />representative for purposes of the grant. <br />Section 4. Resolution No. R-26-12 approved on June 19, 2012 adopted the fiscal year 2012- <br />13 budget. Section 2 and 3 of R-26-12 are hereby eliminated in their entirety and <br />replaced with: <br />Section 2: Following the effective date of Ordinance No. 0-08-12, the General <br />Fund Transfer precentage (the annual administrative transfer from <br />the Electric Utility Fund to the General Fund) shall be set at 12.39% <br />for Fiscal Year 2012-13. Until the effective date, the percentage <br />shall remain at 10%.
