CEOA Findings. The City Council hereby finds that, in accordance with the <br />California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the CEQA Guidelines, the adoption of this <br />Resolution is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3). <br />6. Effective Date of Resolution. The Mayor shall sign this Resolution and the City <br />Clerk shall attest thereto, and thereafter this Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 2013. <br />ATTEST: <br />Eileen C.
