Mailed Notice: Not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the public hearing, the <br />City will provide written notice by mail of the proposed fee to the recorded owner of <br />each identified parcel upon which the fee is to be imposed. The notice will contain <br />all of the following information: (A) the amount of the proposed fee; (B) the basis on <br />which the amount of the proposed fee or charge was calculated; (C) the reason for <br />the fee or charge; and (D) the date, time and location of a public hearing on the <br />proposed fee or charge. <br />7. Data Availability: At least forty-five (45) days prior to the public hearing, <br />the City will make available to the public the data supporting the proposed fee <br />increase, including the amount of cost, or estimated cost, required to provide the <br />services and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the services. <br />8. City Clerk: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of <br />such hearing as provided by law. <br />9. Passage: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this <br />Resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said City; and <br />shall make a minute of passage and adoption thereof in the records of the <br />proceedings of the City Council of said City, in the minutes of the meeting at which <br />Resolution is passed and adopted. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th Day of July, 2012. <br />SARAH S.
