Authorize the Electric Utility Director, or designee, on behalf of <br />Colton, to designate Authorized Account Representatives and alternative Designated <br />Authorized Account representatives for CARB's Program or other mandatory reporting <br />requirements and execute and deliver attestations or other reporting documents related to <br />AB 32, so long as such actions are in compliance with OED's Risk Management Plan and <br />when applicable appropriate action by the Risk Management Committee; <br />Section 6. Authorize the Electric Utility Director to purchase congestion revenue <br />rights (CRRs) as necessary, and participate in the California Independent System <br />Operator's annual CRR allocation process, to minimize the cost of transmission to <br />Colton, so long as such actions are in compliance with CED's Risk Management Plan <br />and when applicable appropriate action by the Risk Management Committee; and <br />Section 7. Authorize the Electric Utility Director to purchase Renewable Energy <br />Credits (RECs) in accordance with the Risk Management Plant to minimize Colton's cost <br />of complying with California Senate Bill 2 (SB 2), so long as such actions are in <br />compliance with CED's Risk Management Plan and when applicable appropriate action <br />by the Risk Management Committee. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August 2012 <br />aza S.
