R-51-12 <br />2 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />3 APPROVING THE BASIC FEE FOR STORM WATER SERVICES AND THE STORM <br />WATER MANAGEMENT USER FEE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012/2013 AS PROVIDED FOR IN <br />4 CHAPTER 14.01 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE. <br />5 <br />6 WHEREAS, Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code authorizes the City Council to <br />7 establish a Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and a Storm Water Management User Fee in <br />8 accordance with the formula established in that Section 14.01.050; and <br />9 WHEREAS, after consideration of factors necessary to establish a Basic Fee for Storm Water <br />10 Services and the Storm Water Management User Fee at a duly noticed public hearing, the City Council <br />I 1 has established the Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and the Storm Water Management User Fee by <br />12 <br />Resolution R-89-96; and <br />13 <br />WHEREAS, the basic fee and formula of the established Storm Water Management Fee <br />14 <br />remain unchanged and San Bernardino County land use codes now apply. <br />15 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />16 HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />17 SECTION 1 The Basic Fee for Storm Water Services and the Storm Water Management User <br />18 Fee authorized pursuant to Section 14.01.050 of the Colton Municipal Code shall be based upon land <br />use and parcel size as they relate to the generation of Storm Water runoff as set forth in the table <br />19 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit "A". <br />20 SECTION 2 These fees shall be billed through the San Bernardino County tax assessors <br />system. <br />21 <br />SECTION 3 The fees set forth on Exhibit "A" are hereby imposed on all properties within the <br />22 City. <br />23 <br />24 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 7TH DAY OF AUGUST 2012. <br />25 <br />26 S S.
