I NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 2 SECTION 1 The City Council of the City of Colton hereby adopts the recitals 3 contained in this resolution as findings in support of the placement of stop signs at the 4 intersection of San Bernardino Avenue and Wildrose Avenue. 5 SECTION 2 Section 21.366 is hereby added to Resolution No. 2119 to add stop signs 6 at San Bernardino Avenue approaching Wildrose Avenue from the east and west. 7 SECTION 3 This Resolution shall supersede and repeal any other resolution or portion of a resolution; to the extent such resolution may be inconsistent with this Resolution. 8 SECTION 4 If any provision or clause of this Resolution or any application of it to any 9 person, firm, organization, partnership or corporation is held invalid, such invalidity shall not 10 affect other provisions of this Resolution which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. To this end, the provisions of this Resolution are declared to be 11 severable. 12 SECTION 5 The City Council hereby finds and determines that it can be seen with 13 certainty that there is no possibility that this Resolution may have a significant adverse effect on the environment. Thus, the adoption of this Resolution is exempt from the requirements of 14 the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000 et seq.) ("CEQA") pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines. Staff is directed to file a Notice of 15 Exemption with the San Bernardino County Clerk's Office within five (5) working days of the 16 adoption of this Resolution. 17 SECTION 6 This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. 18 19 20 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 7TH DAY OF AUGUST 2012. 21 22 S S.
