R-61-12 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />APPROVING REDIRECTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2011/2012 CDBG FUNDS <br />BY $94,703.19 TO INCLUDE INCREASING THE BUDGET FOR CDBG <br />#104-37305-3654 "C" STREET LANDSCAPING PROJECT AND CDBG #104- <br />37205/3655 MT. VERNON AVENUE CROSSWALK SIGNAL PROJECT AND <br />DECREASING THE BUDGET FOR CDBG #104-37105/3625 MT. VERNON <br />AVE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter into a Cooperation <br />Agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to receive Community Development <br />Block Grant (CDBG) funds; and <br />WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton will receive allocation of <br />Community Development Block Grant funds for Fiscal Year 2011/2012; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City has informed the San Bernardino County Department of <br />Community Development and Housing that they are transferring available funds from one <br />existing project to two existing projects in Fiscal Year 2011/2012; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified several projects it requests the budget to be <br />decreased and funding be redirected. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />• CDBG #104-37105/3625 Mt. Vernon Ave Pavement Rehabilitation Project. <br />o Project budget to decrease from original budget of $ 216,064 by <br />($-94,703.19)from account 215-1201-6920-3890 <br />• CDBG #104-37305-3654 "C" Street Landscaping Project <br />o Increase budget by $23,097.46 from project 104-37105/3625 in account <br />215-1205-6920-3890 <br />
