R-68-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2012/2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE $316,581 FOR THE CITYWIDE STREET REHABILITATION AND TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FROM MEASURE I — LOCAL PASS THROUGH FUNDS WHEREAS, the City of Colton has intend to use Measure I - Local Pass -Through Funds for Citywide Street Rehabilitation and Traffic Improvement Project; and WHEREAS, The Citywide Street Rehabilitation and Traffic Improvement Project is listed in FY 2012/2013— 2016/2017 Five Year Capital Improvement Program and Expenditure Plan: A five-year plan of capital improvement program required by the San Bernardino Associated Government (SANBAG) to be updated annually; and WHEREAS, On October 16, 2012, the City Council adopted Resolution R-66-12 approving the 2012/2013— 2016/2017 Measure I Five Year Capital Improvement Program and Expenditure Plan; and WHEREAS, a budget appropriation for approved activities, not listed in the 2012-2013 Fiscal Year budget is required and must be approved by resolution of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 The Recital preceding in this Resolution are true and correct and are incorporated into this Resolution by reference. Section 2 The City Council authorizes and appropriation of $316,581. As an adjustment to the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 budget as follows: o Increase expenditure account 450-1202-6970-3890 in the amount of $316,581.
