1 RESOLUTION NO. R-74-12 2 3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE 2010 REGIONAL URBAN WATER 4 MANAGEMENT PLAN 5 WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and 6 existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and 7 8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving 9 City infrastructure and the aesthetics of the City, and 10 WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 10620 et seq. of the California Water Code, I I the City of Colton prepared and adopted the 2010 Regional Urban Water Management 12 Plan on July 5, 2011; and 13 14 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton, pursuant to Section 10621 15 of the Water Code has reviewed the Plan and directed that it be amended; and 16 WHEREAS, the amended Plan, entitled "Amended Final 2010 Regional Urban 17 Water Management Plan" has been made available for public inspection and notice of a 18 public hearing thereon has been given pursuant to Section 10642 of the California 19 20 Government Code; and 21 WHEREAS, at the time set, the duly notice public hearing was held and all 22 persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard concerning any matter set 23 forth in the Plan. 24 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 25 COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows: 26 27 SECTION 1: The Amended Final 2010 Regional Urban Water 28 Management Plan is hereby adopted pursuant to Section 10642 of the California Water Code.
