R-76-12 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON, ADOPTING A REVISED CITY COUNCIL <br />MANUAL OF PROCEDURE AND RESCINDING <br />RESOLUTION R-150-07 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducts its meetings in accordance with its Manual <br />of Procedure ("MOP") and applicable state law, including, but not limited to, the Ralph M. Brown <br />Act (Government Code Section 54950 et seq.); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council last adopted the MOP in its entirety on November <br />20, 20.07, pursuant to Resolution No. R-150-07; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the MOP should be updated and <br />re -adopted in its entirety; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The MOP dated November 20, 2012 is hereby adopted. <br />SECTION 2. All prior resolutions and actions adopted or taken with respect to the <br />MOP, including, but not limited to, Resolutions R-150-07 are hereby rescinded. <br />adoption. <br />SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 4.
