That Theodore (Ted) Cooper, Human Resources Manager, (may be a <br />staff person) is hereby appointed as the substitute alternate, to serve on the ICRMA <br />Governing Board and to the Risk Management Programs in which this City participates in the <br />absence of the primary and alternate members noted in Sections 1 and 2 above. <br />SECTION 4. That the individuals designated by this City Council as the City's <br />representative, alternate and substitute alternate representatives to the ICRMA Governing <br />Board and to the Risk Management Programs in which this City participates are hereby <br />confirmed and designated as the City's delegates for all purposes of representing the City's <br />interests and exercising the authority of the City with respect to the Coverage and the Program <br />and voting on behalf of the City on all matters delegated to the Governing Board and signing <br />such amendments as are contemplated to be approved by the Governing Board. <br />RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the General <br />,r of the ICRMA. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15`h DAY,OF FEBRUARY 2011. <br />TTEST: <br />EILEEN C.
