("CEQA") and is exempt from environmental review under CEQA <br />because the action is in the nature of administrative activities of government that will not <br />result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment. <br />that: <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />1. The City of Colton strongly supports the State of California's Enterprise Zone <br />program (Program), and the San Bernardino Valley Enterprise Zone. <br />2. The City of Colton is formally in strong OPPOSITION to any changes to the <br />Program that would make it more difficult for businesses to receive benefits by <br />locating within those Enterprise Zones. <br />3.
