2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />11 <br />1 <br />21 <br />2008, from the Agency to the City, by adding the following sentence to the end of Section 2, <br />effective as of June 30, 2009: "Notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrower may pay all amounts <br />due and owing under this Note, at Borrower's election, at any time from funds legally available <br />to Borrower for such purpose." <br />SECTION 3. Implementation. The City Council hereby authorizes and directs the City <br />Manager to take any action, sign any documents or enter into any agreements on behalf of the <br />City with the Agency or otherwise necessary or convenient to implement the activities <br />authorized or approved in this Resolution, all with the concurrence of the City Attorney. <br />SECTION 4. Signature of Mayor. The Mayor shall sign this Resolution and the City <br />Clerk shall attest and certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date.
