R-67-11 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS AND <br />UTILITY SERVICES DIRECTOR TO SIGN THE <br />ELECTRIC UTILITY RELOCATION AGREEMENT WITH <br />SANBAG FOR HUNTS LANE GRADE SEPARATION <br />PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton, City of San Bernardino and SANBAG intends to <br />construct Hunts Lane Grade Separation Project ("Project); and, <br />WHEREAS, certain existing and new electric line owned and maintained, and to be <br />owned and maintained by the City of Colton needs to be constructed and relocated due to <br />construction of Hunts Lane Grade Separation Project; and, <br />WHEREAS, City of Colton and SANBAG entered into Electric Utility <br />Agreement (Contract No. C10-152) that expired on December 31, 2010; and, <br />WHEREAS, City of Colton and SANBAG want to amend the Electric Utility <br />Agreement (Contract No. C10-152) extending to December 31, 2013; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council approve <br />Amendment No.1 to Electric Utility Relocation Agreement and authorize the City's Public Works <br />and Utility Services Director to sign the Amendment No.l to Electric Utility Relocation <br />Agreement on behalf of the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND <br />ATTEST: <br />J <br />EILEEN C.
