That Theodore (Ted) Cooper, Human Resources Manager, is hereby <br />appointed as the Substitute Alternate Representative, to serve on the ICRMA Governing Board <br />and to the Risk Management Programs in which this City participates in the absence of the <br />Primary and Alternate members noted in Sections 1 and 2 above. <br />SECTION 4. That the individuals designated by this City Council as the City's <br />Representative, Alternate and Substitute Alternate Representatives to the ICRMA Governing <br />Board and to the Risk Management Programs in which this City participates are hereby <br />confirmed and designated as the City's delegates for all purposes of representing the City's <br />interests and exercising the authority of the City with respect to the Coverage and the Program <br />and voting on behalf of the City on all matters delegated to the Governing Board and signing <br />such amendments as are contemplated to be approved by the Governing Board. <br />RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the General <br />Manager of the ICRMA. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 6t° DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2011 <br />A S.
