Resolution No. R-18-05 is hereby rescinded. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council approves the 2010 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan of the <br />City of Colton. <br />SECTION 3. The City Council authorizes the Fire Chief to make necessary <br />administrative and operational changes to the plan that are in keeping with the intent of the plan <br />as approved. <br />SECTION 4. The City Council authorizes the Fire Chief, or his duly appointed <br />representative, to perform all duties required to carry out the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. <br />SECTION 5. The staff report accompanying this resolution is found to be true, adopted <br />as findings and incorporated into this resolution. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December 2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />EILEEN C.
