2 <br />0 <br />F7 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />5.02.100 - License—Renewal. <br />In all cases the Applicant for the renewal of the license required by the provisions of Sections <br />5.02.010 through 5.02.3 70 Shall submit to the Collector for his guidance in ascertaining the amount <br />of the license tax to be paid by the Applicant, a Sworn Statement, upon a form to be provided by <br />the Collector, setting forth such information concerning the Applicant's Business during the <br />Preceding Year as May be required by the Collector to enable him to ascertain the amount of the <br />license tax to be paid by such Applicant. A nonrefundable renewal Fee as adopted by City Council <br />Resolution of ten dollars is due and payable to the Collector at the time of license renewal. <br />SECTION 2. CEOA. The adoption of this Ordinance will not result in a direct or indirect <br />physical change in the environment and is therefore not subject to the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (California Public Resources Code §§ 21000 et seq.) pursuant to Section 21065 of the <br />California Public Resources Code and Section 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines. <br />SECTION 3. Invaliditv. If any sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any <br />reason held to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such decisions shall not affect the validity <br />of the remaining provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 4. Readine. A full reading of this Ordinance is hereby waived. This Ordinance <br />was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton, California, on July <br />19, 2016, and thereafter adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after <br />its adoption in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />SECTION 6. Certification/Publication. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />Ordinance and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after <br />adoption in the San Bernardino County Sun, a newspaper published and circulated in the City of <br />Colton. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 2nd day of August, 2016. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
