Rancho Avenue (La Cadena Drive to Agua ivlansa Road) <br />' (C) The following street segment is proposed for restrictions to allow only trucks with a kingpin- <br />( <br />to -rear -axle (KPRA) length of 26 feet or less: <br />5 <br />6 1. Rancho Avenue (Valley Boulevard to Agua Mansa Road) <br />7 SECTION 2: If any provisions of this Ordinance or application thereof to any person or <br />8 circumstances is held invalid, this invalidity shall not affect other applications of this Ordinance <br />} <br />which can be given effect without the invalid provision or applications, and to this end, the <br />10 <br />11 provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be severable. This Ordinance shall be liberally <br />12 construed to achieve the purposes of this Ordinance and to preserve its validity. <br />13 <br />14 SECTION 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause same <br />15 or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of <br />16 general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California and the Ordinance shall take <br />17 effect thirty (30) days after its enactment in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />18 SECTION 4: These Truck Routes are based upon an Engineer's Traffic Study on file in <br />19 <br />the City Clerk's Office. <br />20 <br />21 PASSER, APPROVED AND ADOPTED This I` day ofNovember 2016. <br />22 <br />22 <br />24 RICHARD A.
