<br />The 2016 California Building Code, incorporating the "International Building Code, Volumes
<br />1 and 2", 2015 Edition, including all appendices thereto; the 2016 California Residential Code,
<br />incorporating the "International Residential Code", 2015 Edition, including all appendices
<br />thereto; the 2016 California Mechanical Code, incorporating the "Uniform Mechanical Code",
<br />2015 Edition; including all appendices thereto; the 2016 California Plumbing Code,
<br />incorporating the "Uniform Plumbing Code", 2015 Edition, including all appendices thereto;
<br />the 2016 California Electrical Code, incorporating the " National Electrical Code ", 2014
<br />Edition; including all annexes thereto; 2016 California Green Building Standards Code; are
<br />hereby adopted by reference in their entirety and amended in Chapters 15.06, 15.07, 15.08,
<br />15.09, 15.10, 15.11, 15.12, and 15.13 herein, shall comprise the Building and Construction
<br />Regulations of the City of Colton."
<br />15.04.020 Violations.
<br />A. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct,
<br />enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, or demolish, equip, use,
<br />occupy or maintain any building or structure in the City, or cause the same to be
<br />done, contrary to, or in violation of, any of the provisions of the codes.
<br />B. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of the code
<br />is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each and every day, or portion thereof, during which
<br />any such violation is committed, continued, or permitted, is a separate offense. Any
<br />such violation shall be punishable by such fines and penalties as described in
<br />Chapter 8.12 of the Colton Municipal Code."
<br />SECTION 4: Chapter 15.06 of Title 15 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby amended
<br />to read as follows:
