Parking Requirements of Chapter 18.24 <br />(Industrial Park) of Title 18 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />18.24.120 - Parking requirements. <br />A. Specific Requirements. <br />4. For warehouse and storage Buildings, one spaceShall be provided <br />per 1,000 square feet of gross <br />floor area up to 10,000 square feet, one space per 2,000 square feet of gross floor area <br />over 10,000 square feet. New developments will require the appropriate size of each <br />space be reviewed during architectural and site plan review process.
