City of Colton Ordinance No. 0-03-14 <br />Page 10 of 10 <br />1 Person Shall, initiate proceedings for consideration of the granting of a Variance from the <br />2 provision of this title. <br />SECTION 10. If any sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held <br />3 to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the <br />4 remaining provisions of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 11. The City Council hereby finds and determines that it can be seen with <br />5 certainty that there is no possibility that this Ordinance may have a significant adverse effect on <br />the environment. Thus, the adoption of this Ordinance is exempt from the requirements of the <br />6 California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA <br />Guidelines. Staff is directed to file a Notice of Exemption with the San Bernardino County <br />7 Clerk's Office within five (5) working days of project approval. <br />8 SECTION 12. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its adoption <br />9 in accordance with the provisions of California law. <br />SECTION 13. Certification/Publication. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of <br />10 the Ordinance and cause the same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days <br />after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City of <br />11 Colton. <br />12 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 4°i day of March, 2014. <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 SAR91I S.
