4 7 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 1s 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 2& ORDINANCE NO. 0-04-11 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AND THE BOARD ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That an amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of Colton and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked Exhibit, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full. SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City Council is hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said Agency. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from passage of thereof shall be published at least twice in The Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Colton and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton on the 16th day of August, 2011, and PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton on the 6th day of September, 2011, by the following vote: AYES: Council Members: Toro, Gonzales, Yzaguirre, Oliva, Bennett, Perez and Mayor Zamora NAYS: Council Members: None ABSENT: Council Members: None ABSTAIN: Council Members: None / J SS S.
