O-02-20, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDNG AND ADOPTING DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES & APPROVE AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDNG QUIMBY PARK IN-LIEU FEES, ORDINANCE NO. O-02-20 & RESOLUTION NO R-03-20. Mayor Navarro opened the declared the Public Hearing. City Clerk Padilla submitted the Notice of Continuance of the Public Hearing (on file in the City Clerk’s Office) and there were no reports of protests or objections thereto. Staff Presentation Director Mark Tomich, Development Services; and Senior Associate Richard Ruiz, of DTA (David Taussig & Associates) presented for Council consideration an overview of the agenda item and requested approval of staff’s recommendation. Public Comment None Motion and Second by CM González/MPT Suchil to close the public hearing. Vote: Unanimous Council Discussion Discussion among the Councilmembers with clarification provided by staff: Associate Ruiz; and Director Tomich. Motion and Second by CM González/MPT Suchil to waive full reading, read by title only and introduce Ordinance No. O-02-20. Vote: Unanimous Motion and Second by CM Woods/MPT Suchil to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-03-20.
