2020 MAY 05 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 1 - <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION MINUTES <br /> <br />May 5, 2020 <br /> <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:01 p.m., in the Council Chamber of City Hall, <br />with Mayor Navarro presiding. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro, Cisneros, Koperski, González, Woods, Suchil; and Mayor Navarro. <br />(All members of the City Council accessed the Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City Hall work station.) <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />(All staff members accessed the Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City Hall work station.) <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />City Manager Smith announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item A/B/C. <br /> <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Significant Exposure to Litigation, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 <br />(d)(2)/(e)(1) One (1) potential case <br /> <br />B. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Title: City Manager <br /> <br />C.
