2020 JUNE 02 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 1 - <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION MINUTES <br /> <br />June 2, 2020 <br /> <br />City Clerk Padilla called the Closed Session Council Meeting of June 2, 2020 to order at 5:00 p.m. Due to the <br />absence of Mayor Navarro and Mayor Pro Tem Suchil nominations were taken to determine the Presiding <br />Officer to serve until the arrival of the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tempore or until adjournment; with full consensus <br />of Councilmembers present Councilmember Cisneros selected to be the Presiding Officer. <br /> <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:03 p.m., in the Council Chamber of City Hall, <br />with Councilmember Cisneros presiding. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro, Cisneros, Koperski, González, Woods, Suchil (appeared at 5:10 p.m.); and <br />Mayor Navarro (excused). <br />(All members of the City Council accessed the Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City Hall work station.) <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />(All staff members accessed the Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City Hall work station.) <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />City Attorney Campos announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item A/B/C. <br /> <br />A.
