2020 JUNE 16 CC/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 1 - <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION MINUTES <br /> <br />June 16, 2020 <br /> <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:02 p.m., in the Council Chamber of City Hall, <br />with Mayor Navarro presiding. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro, Cisneros, Koperski, González, Woods, Suchil, and Mayor Navarro. <br />(All members of the City Council accessed the Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City Hall work station.) <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br />(All staff members accessed the Council Meeting via ZOOM from their resident and/or City Hall work station.) <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />City Attorney Campos announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item A/B. <br /> <br />A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE EVALUATION <br />Title: City Attorney <br /> <br />B.
