Vote: Unanimous Council Discussion MPT Suchil made opening comments as it related to the call up made by CM Toro and MPT Suchil regarding the actions by the Planning Commission, of the Architectural/Site Plan Review. Discernment and discussion between Mayor and Councilmembers present, with clarification provide by staff: Director Tomich; John McNamara, Vice President of CR&R, Environmental Services, the City’s contract trash hauler; Sarah Owsowitz, Special Counsel, BB&K, CEQA Attorney; Fred Minagar, City’s contract Traffic Engineer (Minagar & Associates) Colton Public Works Department; and Milford Harrison, CR&R Consultant, Environmental Services. (All comments in detail are available on audio CD) Motion and Second by CM González/CM Woods to waive full reading, read by title only and introduce Ordinance No. O-05-20. Vote: Motion carried with MPT Suchil voting NO. Motion and Second by CM Woods/CM González to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-37-20. Vote: Motion carried with MPT Suchil voting NO.
