None disclosed. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />• Discussion and Possible Direction to Staff Regarding Municipal Code Related to Landscape Requirements <br /> <br />CM Toro opened the item for discussion and concerns regarding the compliance related to landscape <br />requirements in regards to parking space designation vs. landscape requirements in a housing development with <br />a cul-de-sac design. <br /> <br />Council Discussion <br />Discussion and discernment by Mayor and Councilmembers present with response by staff: Director Tomich <br /> <br />Direction to Staff <br />Full consensus by Mayor and Councilmembers present with direction to staff to return with a change to the <br />Zoning Ordinance to allow the Director of Development Services latitude on a case by case basis when the issue <br />of parking in an area with a single family housing/business development does not allow sufficient immediate <br />parking as outlined in the Zoning Ordinance; taking into the account the current ADU and JADU legislative <br />requirements; return for discussion and possible action by Mayor and Council.
