(13) Water Conservation Program Restructuring and New Professional Service Agreements – Approve Resolution R-87-18 authorizing the water conservation division participation, in Professional Services Agreements, between Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA), RESOLUTION R-87-18. (14) Approve First Amendment to Maintenance Services Agreement with CSR Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. – Approve First Amendment to the Maintenance Services Agreement with CSR Air Conditioning and Heating for various repair services and replacement of the air conditioning unit at the Development Services Department and approve Resolution R-90-18 amending the budget for FY2018-19 to appropriate Cap and Trade Funds in the Electric Department for the Air Conditioning Replacement Program for Energy Efficiency in City facilities, RESOLUTION R-90-18. (15) First Amendment to the Maintenance Services Agreement with General Pump Company – Approve the First Amendment to the Maintenance Services Agreement (MSA), dated September 5, 2017, with General Pump Company to increase the annual compensation for the current year by $500,000. (16) Approve and Adopt Resolution R-94-18 to Amend the FY 2018-2019 Budget and Accept $7,500 Grant Funding from California State Library for the Immigration Alliance Project for Bilingual Materials – Approve and adopt Resolution R-94-18 authorizing the execution of an agreement for grant funding through the California State Library and amend the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 budget to reflect the receipt of $7,500 for the Immigrant Alliance Project, RESOLUTION R-94-18. (17) Approve and Adopt Resolution R-95-18 to Amend the FY 2018-2019 Budget and Accept $30,000 Grant Funding from Library Services and Technology Act for Teen S.T.E.A.M.
