2018 AUGUST 21 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA MEETING 4 - <br />(6) Professional Services Agreement with Dudek for Environmental Services on behalf of Modern Pacific <br />Homes, LLC – Approve the First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Dudek to <br />provide environmental services on behalf of Modern Pacific Homes, LLC for Litton Bostick Project <br />(File Index No. DAP-001-378). <br /> <br />(7) Approval of the 2018 Justice Assistance Grant Award and its Accompanying Interlocal Agreement – <br />Approve and adopt Resolution R-99-18 authorizing the acceptance of the 2018 Justice Assistance Grant <br />Award (JAG) in the amount of $12,666 along with its accompanying Interlocal agreement with the <br />County of San Bernardino, RESOLUTION R-99-18. <br /> <br />(8) Maintenance Service Agreement with CSR Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. – Approve the <br />Maintenance Services Agreement with CSR Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. for the replacement of the <br />rooftop airconditioning unit at the Gonzales Center, Room 1, for $13,270, and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute the contract agreement. <br /> <br />(9) Wastewater Operator Position - Approve Resolution R-102-18 to amend the Fiscal Year 2018-19 <br />Authorized Positions List to incorporate title changes to the following Water/ Wastewater Division job <br />description titles from the current to the actual titles listed (left column represents the current title, which <br />is incorrect.
