CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) <br />O’Duffy Construction v. KAD Paving, City of Colton <br />San Bernardino Superior Court, Case no. CIVDS 1506733 <br /> <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) <br />Carissa Green v. City of Colton, et al. <br />San Bernardino Superior Court, Case No. CIVDS 1705686 <br /> <br />C.
